4 medium zucchini, cut diagonally into 1/2" thick slices 3 each red and yellow peppers, cut into 1/2" wide strips 1/4 cup zesty italian dressing 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill vegetables 10 minutes or until crisp-tender, turning occasionally. Place vegetables in large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese. Cooking times on grill: Asparagus: 2-3 minutes per side Corn on the cob: 20 minutes, turning occasionally Peppers: 5-6 minutes per side Potatoes (1/2" slices): 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally Zucchini: 5 minutes per side * 8 servings (Food & Family - Summer 2006)Updated on Sat Aug 18 09:04:04 2001 Copyright 2001, Daniel J.
