1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 Tbsp chili powder 2 tsp onion powder 2 tsp garlic salt 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp paprika 3/4 tsp salt 1/4 - 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 3-1/2 lbs large red potatoes, cut into wedges In a large bowl, cmobine the first eight ingredients; add potatoes and toss to coat. Arrange in a single layer on greased baking sheets.
