4 cups fresh broccoli florets 3 Tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce 2 tsp Asian (dark) sesame oil 1 Tbsp grated peeled fresh ginger 1 tsp packed brown sugar 1 Tbsp black sesame seeds 1 Tbsp white sesame seeds Put the broccoli in a steamer basket; set in a saucepan over 1" of boiling water. Cover tightly and steam until crisp-tender, 4-5 minutes. (Instead of steaming, combine the broccoli and 1/4 cup water in a large microwaveable bowl. Cover with plastic wrap, the prick a few holes in the plastic. Microwave on high until crisp-tender, 2-3 minutes, drain) Transfer the broccoli to a medium bowl. Meanwhile, to make the dressing, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger and brown sugar in a small bowl. Add the dressing to the broccoli; toss to coat.
