Zippy Paprika Chicken


2 Tbsp paprika
1 to 2 Tbsp Southwest marinade mix
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 oz each)
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp soy sauce
5 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup sour cream

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine paprika, marinade mix, salt
and pepper; add chicken. 
Seal bag; shake to coat.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
In a large skillet, cook chicken in oil over medium heat for 5-6 minutes
on each side or until juices run clear.
Remove and keep warm.
Add water, soy sauce and lemon juice to the skillet; cook for 1-2 minutes, 
stirring to loose browned bits.
Remove from the heat; stir in the sour cream until blended.
Serve with chicken.
