Zesty Italian Chicken


1/2 lb chicken breast
1/4 cup fat free Italian dressing
4 oz. uncooked fettucine
1 cup spaghetti sauce
2 cups baby spinach leaves
2 Tbsp Reduced-fat parmesan cheese

Marinate chicken in Italian seasoning for at least 30 minutes prior to cooking.
Preheat grill to high.
Prepare fettucine according to package directions.
Place marinated chicken on hot gril and cook for about 6 minutes
on each side until no longer pink.
In a small sauce pan, warm the pasta sauce over medium heat.
Divide spinach leaves between two plates, layer portions of fettucine
and chicken over spinach leaves.
Top with pasta sauce and parmesan cheese.
