Velveeta Easy Red Beans & Rice


7 oz (1/2 of 14 oz pkg) Oscar Mayer Turkey Smoked Sausage, sliced, halved
1 can (15-1/2 oz) kidney beans, drained, rinsed
1 can (10 oz) ROTEL Diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
2 tsp chili powder
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
6 oz Velveeta, cut up into cubes

Cook sausage in large skillet on medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until 
lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
Add beans, tomatoes and chili powder; mix well.
Stir in 2 cups water.
Bring to a boil.
Stir in rice and Velveeta; cover.
Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 to 7 minutes or until water is almost absorbed.
Stir until velveeta is completly melted.
