Tomato Hamburger Soup


1 can (46 oz) V8 juice
2 packaegs (16 oz each) frozen mixed vegetables
1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
1 can (10-3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
2 tsp dried minced onion
salt and pepper to taste

In a 5-qt. slow cooker, combine the first five ingredients; mix well.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or until heated through.
Season with salt and pepper.

* 12 servings (3 quarts)
