Taco Crescents

3/4 lb. Ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tubes (8oz each) refrigerated crescent rolls

In a skillet, brown beef with onion; drain.
Add taco seasoning; mix well and set aside to cool.
Add eggs and cheese; mix well.
On an ungreased baking sheet, unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
Place 2 tablespoons of meat mixture onto each triangle.
Roll up and shape into crescents.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned.

Yields: 8 servings

This recipe should be cut in two for two people!

Try using spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese instead of taco seasoning and cheddar cheese.
