1 lb ground beef 1 large onions, chopped 1 large green peppers, chopped 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained 1 can (15-1/2 oz) hot chili beans 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained 1 can (11 oz) whole kernal corn, drained 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce 1 envelope taco seasoning 1 package (13 oz) spicy nacho tortilla chips 2 cups (16 oz) shredded cheddar cheese In a Dutch oven or large kettle, cook the beef, onions and green peppers over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the tomatoes, beans, corn, tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes (mixture will be thin). In a greased 13x9x2" baking dishe, layer 2-1/2 cups of chips and 2-1/4 cups of meat mixture. Repeat layers. Top each with 2 cups of chips and 1 cup of cheese.
