Roast Beef Barbecue

2/3 lb thinly sliced deli roast beef
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup ketchup
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp prepared mustard
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp chili powder
4 hamburger buns, split

In a small saucepan, combine the first nine ingredients.
Cook over medium-high heat for 4-6 minutes or until heated through.
Serve on buns, using a slotted spoon.
