Pork 'n' Penne Skillet


2 Tbsp flour
1 tsp chili powder
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp pepper
1 pound boneless pork loin chops, cut into strips
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped sweet red pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Tbsp butter
3 cups milk
1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
2 cups uncooked penne

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Add pork, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat.
In a large skillet, cook the pork, musrhooms, onion, red pepper, oregano, and 
Garlic in oil and butter over medium heat for 4-6 minutes or until pork is browned.
Add the milk, tomato sauce and pasta.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes or until meat juices run clear 
and pasta is tender.
