Porcupine Balls


1 lb. Ground meat
2/3 cup quick oatmeal
1 Tbsp minced onion (or less)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 egg
1/4 cup tomato juice

Mix together - form balls.
Spray casserole - cover balls with 2 small cans of tomato juice and 1 Tbsp brown sugar - add water to cover.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
