Pepper Jack Chicken


6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (5 oz each), cut into chunks
1 each small green, sweet red and orange pepper, cut into thin strips
1 can (10-3/4 oz) condensed Southwest-style pepper jack soup, undiluted
1/2 cup chunky salsa
1/8 tsp chili powder
4-1/2 cups hot cooked rice

In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine the chicken, peppers, soup, salsa and chili powder.
Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until chicken juices run clear.
Serve with rice.
