Moms Meatloaf

1 pound ground meat
 1 Tbsp minced onion
3/4 cup quick oatmeal
1 egg
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)

Cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees with foil on top
When finished, turn oven off, add cheese and let cheese melt on meatloaf in oven.
