Mexican Chicken and Rice


4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/4 lb)
1 cup Thick N Chunky salsa
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1 cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Place chicken in large skillet; top with salsa and broth.
Bring to boil on medium high heat.
Reduce heat to medium low; cover.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in rice; sprinkle with cheese.
Cover; reduce heat to low.
Simmer 5 minutes.
