Homemade Spaghetti Sauce


4 large cans of tomato sauce
1 large can of stewed tomatoes
1 large can of water
2 large cans of tomato paste
olive oil
1 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
onion and garlic powder
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
3 large cloves garlic, chopped small
parsley, basil, oregano – can use Italian seasoning instead 
salt and pepper
sugar (about 1/8 cup  - just enough to take some of the acid from the tomatoes out).

In large pan, put enough olive oil in bottom to sautee vegetables (onions, garlic, green peppers)
Add sauce, stewed tomatoes, and water.  (DO NOT ADD PASTE OR CHEESE TILL LATER).
Add spices to your taste (can always add more later)
Cover and simmer for 2 hours.
After 1 hour, check taste.
Add paste and cheese and cover and simmer 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.

Meat:  Take burger and Italian sausage and mix together.
	Cook till almost done.
	Drain fat.
	Add Italian seasoning or spices including onions, green peppers, and garlic to taste.
	Cook rest of way then add to beginning of sauce.
