Crunchy Onion Chicken


1-1/3 cups French's Original or Cheddar French Fried Onions
4 boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb)
1 egg, beaten

Place French Fried Onions into plastic bag.
Lightly crush with hands or with rolling pan.
Dip chicken into egg; then coat with onion pieces.
Place chicken on baking sheet
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
