Isaacs' Home Recipes Main MainDish Recipes Chicken 'N' Stuffing
1 package (6 ounces) seasoned stuffing mix (we used 4 serving recipe) 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each) (we used chicken breast tenders) 1 Tbsp vegetable oil salt pepper 2 Swiss cheese slices, halved 2 Tbsp butter or stick margarine, melted 1/2 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted 1/8 cup water Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions. Transfer to a greased 9"x9"x2" baking dish. In a large skillet, brown chicken in oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; place over stuffing. Drizzle with butter. Combine soup and wtaer; spoon over stuffing. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Uncover; Top with cheese.
