Chicken Manicotti


1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
1/2 lb boneless chicken breasts
8 uncooked manicotti shells
1 jar spaghetti sauce, divided
1 lb Italian sausage, cooked and drained
1 lb beef, cooked and drained
1/4 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 cups (8 oz) sherdded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup water

Rub garlic powder over chicken; cut into 1" strips.
Stuff chicken into manicotti shells.
Spread 1 cup spaghetti sauce in 13x9x2" baking dish.
Place 8 stuffed manicotti shells in dish.
Sprinkle with sausage and mushrooms.
Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over the top.
sprinkle with cheese.
Drizzle water around the edge of each dish. 
Cover and bake for 375 degrees for 65-70 minutes or until 
chicken juices run clear and pasta is tender.
