1 lb. extra lean ground beef 1 onion, chopped (I use minced onion) 3 cups rotini pasta, uncooked 3-1/2 cups water 1 jar (26 oz) spaghetti sauce 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms 1 red pepper, chopped 1 cup Kraft Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese Brown meat; Drain. Add onions. Stir in pasta, water and sauce. Bring to a boil;cover. Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add vegetables; cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
