Strawberry Angel Food Cake

1 Angel Food Cake (make according to package directions)
2 small pkg. Frozen strawberries or cut-up fresh strawberries
2 sm. pkg. Strawberry jello
1 1/2 cups hot water
1/2 container of Cool whip
1/2 container strawberry whip frosting

Dissolve Jello in hot water, add frozen strawberries and cool until syrupy.
Fold in whip cream.
Mix in frosting.
Break cake into pieces putting in bottom of 13x9x2 baking pan, then  strawberry mixture.
Chill in refrigerator.
