Oreo Dessert

1 bag of Oreos
1 block of Cream Cheese
2- 8 oz tubs of cool whip (buy a 3rd one just in case)
1 small box of Chocolate (Instant) pudding
1 stick of butter

Make Pudding, set aside in fridge. 
Take all of the Oreos, and mash them into tiny pieces.
Put aside 1 cup of mashed Oreo.
Melt 1 stick of butter, and then mix with remaining Oreo, in bottom of 13x9 pan.
Flatten to bottom of pan, like a crust.
Set aside in fridge for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat the Cool Whip, and cream cheese, until completely blended.
After crust and pudding are ready, take out of fridge.
First, layer Cool Whip/cream cheese mix, then the pudding, then a layer of Cool Whip.
Finally, sprinkle with remaining 1 cup of Oreos.
Store covered in fridge until ready.
