1 cup butter or margarine, softened 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 1/2 tsp vanilla 4 eggs 2 1/2 cups flour 2 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup milk 1 cup (6 ounces) miniature semisweet chocolate chips In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add alternately with milk to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Fill paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 14-16 minutes or until cupcakes test done. Cool. *2 dozen (??)Updated on Sat Aug 18 09:04:04 2001 Copyright 2001, Daniel J.
