Easy Do Fudge


3/4 cups butter (1 1/2 sticks)
3 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 pkg (12 oz.) Semi sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups marshmallow cream
1/2 cup nuts (optional)

Combine butter, sugar and milk in large saucepan.
Over low heat, bring to a full boil, stirring constantly.
Continue boiling (on a lower heat) for 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir vigorously, making certain ALL particles are dissolved.
Pour into greased 13x9-2 in pan, cool completely.
