Crock Pot Cake


1 (18-1/4 oz) box chocolate cake mix
1 pint sour cream
1 (5 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
4 eggs, beaten
1 (6 oz) bag chocolate chips
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup coffee
vanilla ice cream of cool whip

Coat the inside of a slow-cooker with cooking spray.
In the bowl of an electric mixer, add the cake mix, sour cream, pudding mix,
chocolate chips, oil, eggs and water.
Blend until just smooth.
Pour the mixture into the crock pot, cover and cook on the low setting
for 6-8 hours.
Do not lift the lid during cooking.
When ready to serve, remove lid, scoop out cake and serve warm with
ice cream or cool whip.
