Tollhouse Chocolate Chip Cookies


2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups (12 ounce package) Nestle Toll House semisweet chocolate chips

Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. 
Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large mixing bowl.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition; gradually beat in flour mixture.
Stir in morsels.
Drop by rounded Tbsps onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake in preheated 375 degrees oven for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.
Let stand for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

* Makes about 5 dozen cookies
