Cherry Delight

2 cups graham crumbs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter - melted

Mix together and pat into 13x9 pan

8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 package dream whip - Dream Whip comes in a box and it is a powder - 
follow the directions on the box and then fold in the cream cheese 
and powdered sugar.
 
Mix together and pour on top of crust --  add cherries.
Refrigerate.
