Carrot Pecan Layer Cake


2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1-3/4 cup sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 cups grated carrots
2 cups chopped pecans

Measure and mix together all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. 
Blend in the oil and eggs.
Fold in grated carrots and chopped pecans.
Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured round layer cake pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Frost with cream cheese frosting.
