Buckeyes


1 1/2 lb. powdered sugar
1 lb. peanut butter
1/2 lb. Butter
sweetened chocolate covering

Mix well and roll into small balls.
Refrigerate for several hours. 
Then dip into chocolate, leaving a small hole in the middle to make it look like a buckeye.

Powdered sugar:
1 lb = 3 1/2 cups
1/2 lb = 1 3/4 cups

1 1/2 lb = 5 1/4 cups

Butter:
1 lb = 2 sticks
