1 package (18-1/4 ounces) yellow cake mix 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant banana cream pudding mix 1/4 cup vegetable oil 4 eggs 1 cup water 1-1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium) 3/4 cup chopped walnuts powdered sugar, optional In a mixing bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add bananas; mix well. Stir in nuts. Pour into a greased 13x9x2" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
