Cinnamon Coffee Cake


1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 box Jello instant vanilla pudding
3/4 cup water
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 cup oil

Filler:
1/4  cup sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon (mix with sugar)
1/2 cup chopped pecans (divided)

Glaze: (mix while cake is cooling in pan)
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. butter extract
      small amount of milk to thin glaze

Preheat oven to 350. 
Grease and flour Bundt or tube pan (or spray with Pam). 
Combine all cake ingredients in a large bowl and mix on medium speed 
until smooth and creamy. 
(Ribbons of batter should form when you lift the beaters from the bowl.)
Sprinkle 1/4 cup of nuts in bottom of pan; pour over enough batter to cover nuts. 
Alternate cake batter, filler, and remaining nuts in two more layers, ending with batter.
Bake 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick or cake tester inserted in cake comes out clean. 
Cool cake in pan for 20 minutes. Invert on plate and glaze while still warm.
