Pepperoni Drop Biscuits


2 cups biscuit/baking mix
3/4 cup milk
3 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 package (3 1/2 ounces) sliced pepperoni, finely chopped
2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese

In a bowl, combine biscuit mix, milk, butter, garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
STir in pepperoni and cheese just until combined.
Drop by heaping Tbsp 2" apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake at 400 degrees for 16-18 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm.
