Orange Juice Muffins

2 cups Bisquick baking mix
2 Tbsp sugar
1 egg
1 tsp orange juice

Topping:
2 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg

Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Grease bottoms only of 12 muffin cups or line with paper baking cups.
Mix baking mix, 2 Tbsp sugar, the egg, orange juice and beat vigorously 30 seconds.
Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full.
Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle about 1/2 tsp over top of each.
Bake 15 minutes 

Yeilds: 1 dozen muffins
