Banana Nut Bread


1 package (18 1/4 ounces) yellow cake mix
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium)
1/2 cup chopped pecans

In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, egg and milk.
Add bananas;  beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Stir in pecans.
Pour into two greased 13"x9"x2" loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely.
